Fernando, When I wanted to introduce a (small) modification to the gcc instruction, I realized that I did not have any right either. After trying various things such as creating another account, I asked Bruce about that, and he told me he had removed all the accounts because the LFS trac was getting spam. He then kindly reinstated my credentials. I guess you have not tried to contribute to the LFS trac since then, so this is the only reason why you have no rights... I'm sure nobody thinks you should have less rights than others!
