I wonder how complex it would be to build something with the following 
capabilities:

1) The capability to automatically detect the supported instruction set and 
then jump to a boot sequence accordingly

2) The capability to automatically detect the boot environment and then jump to 
a boot sequence accordingly e.g. detect if this is UEFI or old school.

3) The capability to read the BIOS as a quick method of environment discovery 
and setting up some basic executable routines for IO
