[lfs-dev] hwclock

The new Linux kernel (4.4.2) can't talk to my hardware clock. I used
the exact same .config file I used for LFS 7.6, which works fine. I
first noticed this when building LFS 7.9_rc1 (Linux 4.4.1). I'll try
again with the latest kernel (4.4.4).
