There have been a lot of upstream changes in the last two weeks for LFS
packages. I intend to address them all (except the new grub) as soon as
glibc-2.25 is released (currently scheduled for tomorrow).

It's great, but why not update the grub?
We prefer stable releases, not beta or rc. The previous beta in the book
was an exception du to upstream being so slow (years) to release a stable.
I do expect a stable this month. I home that's not wishful thinking.
