I can confirm the instructions work with tcl8.6.8-src.tar.gz. But I'm
not sure if they work with tcl-core8.6.8-src.tar.gz.
Bruce changed the package in r11345. I don't know why, and the commit
message is just "Update tcl stats".
To use the same version of tcl in LFS and BLFS.
Then maybe we should change the text in the book, replace "Tcl-core" with
"Tcl".
