This looks as if you tried to use the latest changes in the
development book before the "official" render had happened.  My
understanding is that when the development books get rendered at
linuxfromscratch.org, the patches are symlinked into lfs/svn (and
blfs/svn for blfs).

So, whenever this happens go to
http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/patches/downloads/
and download the required patch(es).

Sometimes we forget to upload a patch, or typo the name, but I don't
think this is one of those cases.  Certainly I got a mail from the
patches list saying that a patch had been committed, and a later mail
from the book list from when the systemd page was updated.
