Tried to fix up a couple of things in the editor's guide (mention
rNNNNN when closing a ticket so that trac will create a link to the
revision, use e.g. DESTDIR when measuring to avoid under-reporting
the size - because installed files are usually not *moved* from the
build (and remove the comment about same file system), update the
date.
Before trying to commit:
ken@milliways ~/repos/BLFS-full/trunk $svn st
? BOOK/mycopybook
M edguide/chapter04.xml
M edguide/chapter06.xml
M edguide/general.ent
yes, mycopybook is not under version control
But whether I'm in edguide/ or its parent, when I try to commit I
get:
svn: E200009: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: E200009: '/home/ken/repos/BLFS-full/trunk/guide:' is not under version
control
but AFAICS 'guide' does not exist.
Temporarily moving edguide/ to ../../ and rerunning svn st showed
all the edguide items prefixed ! so they are under version control
(and now moved back).
I think I'll give up trying to fix our docs.
