Thanks Bruce. I am sure that I did run an XSLT over the book sources, some time ago, so as to extract all of the "commands", so that, along with what Pierre passed on, fills in the gaps. Nice thing appears to be that I am free to add in some of my own remap attributes and they won't affect anything, well, until I get around to modifying a stylesheet to have them do something.
