Not a "minor timing issue".
Thanks for pointing that out. It is fixed in the 4.20.6 kernel, but not
in the 4.20.1 kernel (which I was using).
I can't figure out which kernels are affected. If someone can figure
that out, I'll add it to the notes in the book on glibc test failures.
