Should there be a note about how to create one, including a note
about Pythons 2 and 3 in the LFS Book, now that we have have
to have Python3 just to compile Glibc.
Users should add python as python2 in BLFS, but only when they need it.
As to explaining the dependency, that is in the Dependencies portion of
the Appendix. We really don't want to start explaining dependencies in
LFS. If we did, where do we stop?
