Hi,

just for interest/fun I build a "full featured" gcc-9 including ada
and all other available frontends. Note that there is a new language
frontend for 'D' :-)

All in all, it does not look bad, what do you think?

Yes, looks pretty good. How long did it take to doo all that? Build
and installed sizes?

My scripts reported

INFO : 00:17:41 +-----------------------------------------------
INFO : 00:17:41 | Module ....... gcc9
INFO : 00:17:41 | Duration ..... 13855 seconds
INFO : 00:17:41 | SBU .......... 144.32
INFO : 00:17:41 | Build size ... 12.5 GB
INFO : 00:17:41 | Test size .... + 1.1 GB
INFO : 00:17:41 | Bin size ..... 3.8 GB
INFO : 00:17:41 | Total size ... 17.4 GB
INFO : 00:17:41 +-----------------------------------------------

so it last nearly 4 hours using 4 cores in a VM with 4GB RAM. The
'Total size' includes everything, source, binaries and logfiles and so
on.

Thanks a lot. When gcc9 gets released, these numbers can be listed for informative purposes even though we will probably not recommend building everything.
