Thanks for the report. Just to be sure: you selected "Both temp tools and
final system" at "Optimization level", didn't you?
If you confirm you did, I'll open an issue on github.

Thank you Pierre, no I hadn't, but have tried again and all is back to
normal. Although this wasn't the case with the old version, Thanks for
pointing that out.
