I have added zstd to Chapter 6 of the book. It provides a new
compression algorithm but is not yet used in LFS. I added it to lfs
because it does the same things (but a different algorithm) as gzip,
bzip2, and xz that are all in LFS.

Note that tar needs to be rebuilt after zstd to recognize zstd
compressed tarballs.
