Can anything think of a reason why, when I render the Book sources locally, some entities don't render ?
I've recently noticed this with the ssh-askpass section in the BLFS book but have seen similar with the LFS sources too, when adding to them. In the source the title fo the section is ssh-askpass-&ssh-askpass-version; however when I render the book I only see ssh-askpass- What I notice in the entities file is that <! ENTITY &ssh-askpass-version; "&openssh-version;"> and it's my suspicion that the extra level of indirection is causing what I'm seeing. It's the same for a couple of other setiocn with similar entities Any clues ?
