As the last person to update that hint (and, yes, it's in need of more updating
for newer package versions!), then you must have seen that there are extra
packages, beyond those in the LFS core, that are needed to "enhance" Grub.

Note also, that as you are probably building LFS on a system that may have
a UEFI-aware bootloader, you don't necessarily need a bootloader provided
by LFS.

Maybe a UEFI-aware Grub could be part of BLFS though?

As the hint points out, most of the extra packages are already in BLFS.
