Hi there. I'm trying to configure my network card to access the college LAN, and out to the internet. I have set up /etc/hosts and the ipv4 scripts with all the correct addresses for my domain, but at boot time it complains that the device eth0 does not exist. ifconfig gives a valid output, but still the device itself won't work.
