Refer to the cross-lfs book, http://documents.jg555.com/cross-lfs. This is my local copy, we will start rendering this on LFS.org really soon.
Gave the whole book a try, but ran into serious trouble at chroot-time: bash-3.00# chroot "$LFS" /tools/bin/env -i HOME=/root TERM="$TERM" PS1='\u:\w\$ ' PATH=/bin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/usr/sbin:/tools/bin /tools/bin/bash --login +h /tools/bin/env: error while loading shared libraries: libgcc_s.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory Is it possible at all to guess where my mistake happened, from this error message?
