Hi,
I'm installing a LFS system, by the release 6.1 of the book. I'm encountering a
problem. I did, as said the book:

Then:
make

Here's the message I get at the end:

I do that from a knoppix, because I had big problems with the livecd,
I may have not burnt correctly the CD, but since I formatted my disk,
I don't manage to burn a CD. So, I use knoppix, which has a kernel
2.4.22-xfs.
So, is the problem comes from the host systemcall-interactively: End of buffem?
Is the kernel of the host system too old? What can I do so? If the
problem comes really from the kernel, I can set a new system from a Debian
Distribution with a kernel 2.6.12, my kernel will be maybe newer and not too
old. What do you think I can do?
Thanks for your help.
Sincerely,
JP
