Veriy output from 6.1/5.7

Using host GoboLinux 012, in LFS 6.1/5.7,Adjusting the Toolchain, I get the following output. Is this the correct output? 

lfs:/Mount/hda6.lfs/sources/binutils-build$ make -C ld install

make: *** No rule to make target `install'.  Stop.
