There is a little difference in size between $LFS/usr/include/stdio.h and /usr/include/stdio.h.
I ran diff between the 2 and here is the result:


The differences are probably just because it's a different version of glibc. 
The main thing is that the $LFS/usr/include/stdio.h you installed when you 
installed glibc is OK so the problem must be elsewhere. Did you apply the 
patches to gcc before you started to compile it? The simplest way to check is 
to delete the gcc source and gcc-build folders and start the page again.
