I have a problem with printing to a windows xp computer with samba +
cups. Samba is working perfectly with everything (both directions)
except with printing.
When I try to print something I get this error:
E [29/Nov/2005:15:53:46 +0100] [Job 6] No ticket cache found for userid=1000
E [29/Nov/2005:15:53:46 +0100] [Job 6] Can not get the ticket cache for user
E [29/Nov/2005:15:53:46 +0100] [Job 6] Tree connect failed
E [29/Nov/2005:15:53:46 +0100] [Job 6] Unable to connect to SAMBA host,
will retry in 60 seconds...foomatic-rip version $Revision: 3.43.2.12 $
running...
I have searched the net for this problem, and I find only problems
related to kerberos. I have no kerberos installed. To be sure I have
recompiled samba with the --without-krb option.
Samba version new system 3.0.20
I also tried to downgrade to samba 3.0.14a, but the error remains.... :-(
