OK, this works for me:

Build pwlib_Mimas_patch2 and then openh323_Mimas_patch2 just as Randy
suggested.  I had to set the environment variables below for openh323
to configure correctly.

export PWLIBDIR=source directory for pwlib
export OPENH323DIR=source directory for openh323

Do NOT delete the sources of pwlib and openh323 until you've built
ohphone.

Now download ohphone-v1.14.4 from
http://www.voxgratia.org/downloads.html

Unpack and cd into the ohphone source and run

make both

This should result in a working ohphone.  I can't test it, but it does
compile correctly on a recent (gcc-4) LFS.  It runs and doesn't segfault
here, anyway.
