There will not be a bzImage as the kernel did not compile
1.) did your make menuconfig work ok ?
2.) what was your "make" command to build the kernel "make bzImage" I assume
3.) can you please show us the output of gcc -v
4.) can you please show us more detail on the error other than the last
line, say 15 lines above up until the end of the error.
