Hi. This is at least in BLFS 6.1, not sure if it's in the dev too.

Anyway, in the Xfree86's config file explanation, it says it won't build
the fontconfig, freetype and some other package, and if I want Xfree to
build them for me, i need to change the config file, yet there is no
explanation for which part I need to change..

I think this should be added to BLFS. I'm lazy, and don't want to install
those separately ;)

Your suggestion brings these thoughts to my mind:

1. The config file is self-explanatory. If one cannot figure out that
#define HasFontconfig  YES

must be changed to

#define HasFontconfig  NO

then perhaps BLFS is a bit beyond that readers knowledge level.
Though we *do* try to include as much information as possible
to help the readers, we can't anticipate every readers knowledge
level and provide appropriate comments. I will see if I can put
a sentence in there, however.

2. If one wants to build packages omitting as much manual building
as possible because he/she is "lazy", then perhaps BLFS is not the
right distro to use. Seems to me if one is "lazy" and doesn't want
to build the packages that BLFS *recommends* that you build, that
person would simply download a distro and run the installation and
be done with it.
