Is there a mirror of the LFS and BLFS books somewhere?
www.linuxfromscratch.org is frequently inaccessible (actually, I can connect and send the HTTP request, but the server returns nothing and doesn't close the connection) and there is not a mirror of the either book on anduin.linuxfromscratch.org.
