Hi,

  I found my mistake. It wasn't udev problem. I had stupid error in my
lilo.conf. I was updating lilo from host system and there was something like
that:

  image=/boot/bzImage
  root=/dev/hda11
  label = lfs
  read-only
  vga=791

But of course my lfs kernel is placed in /mnt/lfs/boot/bzImage, not in
/boot! Therefore lfs was using my host's old 2.6.14 kernel which causes a
conflict.

I'm sorry about wasting your time for this pseudo-problem and thanks for
all the answers.

Regards
