Too much to put up here, but this what I've noticed:

You have CONFIG_BLK_DEV_IDE_SATA=y
and you have CONFIG_SCSI_SATA=y

If you are gonna use the SCSI SATA driver, you need to have the scsi  
disk block device in the kernel. Also, I'm not sure if you notice,  
but if you are gonna us the scsi sata driver your rootfs is gonna end  
up being sd<x><y>

Hope this helps point to a direction where you can get it resolved.
