Hi Ken,
I was trying to reinstall gcc as given in LFS-6.2. For
 'make' I have obtained some errors. Then I checked
whether some configuration problems are there. The
config.log made me think like that. Based on your kind
reply I ran 'make', and 'make install' and conducted
dummy test and found everything working. Sorry for the
wrong message. Let me continue to build linux from
scratch.
