I'm not sure where you're getting your information from, but I see
the time in the book as 19.5 SBU to build, test and install the Glibc
package. And you show about 14-15 minutes to do the tests. This seems
about right (I don't know how fast your machine is, though).

Where do you see that the tests should take 22 SBU?
