Am building LFS using the Sources from "*lfslivecd-x86-6.3-r2160.iso*" with
*LFS-BOOK 6.3*.My host system is Loaded with *Ubuntu 9.04
*
During the configuration of  *Glibc-2.5.1* in the *chapter 5.6* i got
following Warnings & finally a error..


*** WARNING: You should not compile GNU libc without versioning. Not using
*** versioning will introduce incompatibilities so that old binaries
*** will not run anymore.
*** For versioning you need recent binutils (binutils-2.8.1.0.23 or newer).
