mount -n -v -t aufs -o "remount,append:/pkgs/linux-headers/2.6.30.5/usr/include=rw" /pkgs/linux-headers/2.6.30.5/usr/include /usr/include while the /pkgs/manager dosen't, desipt that they have the same for both options.
