Also remember to check permissions on the library, as well as the /lib 
directory.

/lib should be drwxr-xr-x (755)
/lib/* should be either -rw-r--r-- (644) or -rwxr-xr-x (755) depending 
on which lib - for test purposes, if you can't find a missing lib and 
all other permissions appear to be OK, you could try setting them all to 
755.
