I suggest you to use the following patch to fix all errors at once:
http://svn.cross-lfs.org/svn/repos/patches/tetex-src/tetex-src-3.0-gcc_4.4-1.patch
Just apply it with:
patch -Np1 -i ../tetex-src-3.0-gcc_4.4-1.patch
should do the trick
