I have plenty of room, but in investigating I developed a question. Does LFS need a logical partition or can one use an extended one? And another thought. I know that jhalfs is automated. If I need a logical partition then I need to use another external drive. Ultimately, what about grub? I am completely ignorant about the "new" one. I think I just answered my own question. I can move what I've done so far to an extended hard drive and use jhalfs on my internal drive. Hmm. Reading to do. Thanks, Bruce.
