'stage2_eltorito' sounds like one of the new Grub2-specific thingies. You 
might want to look for iso9660_stage1_5 (if you're working with LegGrub). 
It's not easy finding documentation that describes the differences between 
LegGrub and GrubNoLongerKnownAsTwo. But I did stumble across such a doc a few 
days ago. Of course, after perusing it, I forgot it since I didn't need it at 
the time. :(
