It's like that I can't use entire the disk (/dev/sda, partitionless) formatted with reiserfs, when I use grub-1.99 grub-install --force --root-directory=/mnt/boot/grub /dev/sdb /usr/sbin/grub-setup: error: hd1 appears to contain a reiserfs filesystem which isn't known to reserve space for DOS-style boot. Installing GRUB there could result in FILESYSTEM DESTRUCTION if valuable data is overwritten by grub-setup (--skip-fs-probe disables this check, use at your own risk). And grub-install not accept "--skip-fs-probe" -- http://linuxfromscratch.org/mailman/listinfo/lfs-support FAQ: http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/lfs/faq.html Unsubscribe: See the above information page
