 In the 0.2.0 version there are four variants of the bicon-8x16-512
console font (.psfu.gz) : one of these (-marks) was able to render
all the output from date in fa_IR, so you could try that.  The other
variants had problems with the beginning/ending glyphs.  No idea if
the rendered output is sensible (you might need the bidirectional
console from that package, I think the problematic glyphs might be
the indications to start/stop right-to-left text.
