 Eglibc is/was a fork of glibc, particularly aimed at people who
needed to use less-common architectures, and those who needed to
cross-compile.  So, building from a system using recent eglibc should
be fine.  And the versions match the glibc versions, but include
patches etc that didn't make it into glibc itself.

 I guess that you are picking glibc-2.5.1 from the reference in Host
System Requirements : Any version of glibc or eglibc >= 2.5.1 and <=
2.17 should be fine, so 2.13 is ok.
