If I had my computer available I would download and uncompress gcc to see
for myself, but I'm not at home right now. I suggest you search the lfs
book for more information or google for something like 'building mpfr' or
'mpfr file permissions'. What I do know is that it is a required dependency
for gcc, its needed to be able to build the rest of the software later on.
