SVN20140815 -> use file-5.19.tar.gz
7.5         -> use file-5.17.tar.gz

Didn't check in detail, but lets say the link process involve zlib within
5.19 but not in 5.17 (could it be, at least a starting point).

File will only use libz if it can successfully link to it, which it
should not be able to in Chapter 5. So, if it is trying and failing to
link to libz, that usually means a broken toolchain. The LFS book
instructions do work just fine as they are; there is no need to add
Zlib to Chapter 5.
