1) The configure option FORCE_UNSAFE_CONFIGURE=1 is not explained as it was in earlier versions. In view of the rather alarming wording, I think you should explain that this merely allows the package to be built as root.
2) When the tests are carried out on a virtual console, stty-pairs fails.
