I personally don't find a single test suite failure important mainly
because they're for developers.

Still, it has been known that systemd tests don't play very well in
chroot, so it could be that issue.

But then again, looking at the message I begin to suspect that there is
an issue with time zone setup on your system. I'd check /etc/localtime
existence and validity if I were you.
