Almost everything, in bash shell scripts. Something I kinda started
working on around 7.4, and came back back to it every so often to update
for new versions. Updated it over the holidays for v7.8, and added some
BLFS packages at the end.

I say it is almost everything because I don't mess around with switching
the order of HDD in the VM so that it boots to grub on /dev/sdb2, I just
run update-grub on the host OS after I've added the linux version info
in 9.1. Also, there's a few parts I've glanced over at the end that I
would like to re-visit in future versions (notably 7.6/7/8).

I've been working in VirtualBox using a Linux Mint 17.2 Host OS. I
know it builds, I can boot into it, and ping out to the Internet.

I've been actively working on it lately. I am just starting to work on a
'blfs' follow-up where all the scripts will be run on the new LFS
instance to be able to build working LAMP and XFCE systems. Kinda just
started on that, don't know if I'll finish it this time around.

Code contributions, criticism, and how I can improve on it would be
appreciated.
