Looks the same to me.

That's precisely the text I remember reading before, but I can't find
it any more! I am talking about the page on adjusting the toolchain in
7.9 stable. It *does* mention the difference in the loader name but not
the pathname difference.

It's on the gcc page in Chapter 6.
