Do they (neuf.fr/sfr.fr/&c) have a system whereby:
--
* if the user moves messages manually from spam-folder back into inbox
(via e.g. webmail/imap);
* and that occurs frequently-enough;
* and the messages have similar (genuine-)from/&c characteristics;
* then the system auto-learns to _not_ label those as spam, and to not
put them into spam folder.

And/or similarly for user-definable filters (usually defined via webmail
(e.g. 'messagerie.neuf.fr') ).
