It,s not in the systV version, Its in systemd so depends what you are
building.
To complement this answer :
- only a couple of packages differ between the systemd and the SYS V
version of the book, so it is simpler to have a unique wget-list for
both. As a result, dbus and systemd are included although they are not
necessray for SYS V, and eudev and sysvinit are there too, although they
are not needed for systemd.
