The picture says something like 'cannot find -lgcc' (and you will
often get a quicker response if you write the error when it is
short- we don't all use graphical mail clients.

The linker was looking for libgcc (-lgcc) - according to my logs that
should be in /tools/lib/gcc/x86_64-lfs-linux-gnu/6.2.0/libgcc.a - if
it isn't, perhaps something went wrong when you installed pass 1
gcc.
