There appear to be two possibilities:
The semicolon is interfering with the boot command line.
The Kernel does not have the right drivers for your HW.
The semicolon was the problem!!!! It is worth noting, that in this LFS
document, the semicolon was present...

Now it is time to move of to BLFS. There, I will be making a light
system to run astronomical simulations designed for a cloud computing
environment (specifically Azure). If anyone is interested I will be
