If you don't disable ncurses, then more will build. I copied it over to
/tools/bin by hand because I really want it there.
You do not need 'more' within chroot. Just start another instance of bash
on the host and go to /mnt/lfs/sources/packagename and use less, more, vi,
or whatever utility you want from the host.
