I'm installing LFS 8.2 on a debian 9 host.
My host system requirements are these.
/bin/sh -> /bin/bash

/usr/bin/yacc -> /usr/bin/bison.yacc
bzip2, Version 1.0.6, 6-Sept-2010.

GNU Awk 4.1.4, API: 1.1 (GNU MPFR 3.1.5, GNU MP 6.1.2)

When I try to configure the package using this command:
../configure \
--prefix=/tools \
--host=$LFS_TGT \
--build=$(../scripts/config.guess) \
--enable-kernel=3.2 \
--with-headers=/tools/include \
libc_cv_forced_unwind=yes \
libc_cv_c_cleanup=yes
I get this error message:

As suggested I went to config.log and saw the folowing information:
